The only exception to GD2 being open to everyone 18 and over is a monthly educational event hosted at GD2 by TNGC, which is a group specifically for people 18-35 and their partners.

FAQ’S FROM NEWCOMERS
What do I wear?
There is never a dress code, so wear whatever you’d like. We recommend wearing something that makes you feel attractive, confident and comfortable so that you can focus on just being yourself.
At non-member events, attire must be street legal. Some people dress to impress, others go casual and comfortable or dress in understated fetish wear.
At members only events, attire must be street legal until you enter GD2. Once you enter GD2, you can wear anything, and as much or as little, as you like.
What is expected of me?
Other than abiding by GD2’s policies, all that is expected of people who come to GD2 is that they be open-minded and considerate and respectful toward others.
