WHY GO
Yoga for Better Kinking is a great practice to help you improve your core strength, flexibility, and breathing.
Both the physical and mental elements of yoga practice can complement, enhance and inform our kink practice. Flexibility, core strength and body awareness help keep us all safer whether we are topping, bottoming or somewhere in between. Practicing yoga offers unique opportunities for growing focus, establishing calm and integrating self-study.
Taught by certified yoga teacher EllyHigginbottom, this class will incorporate yoga postures geared towards kink practitioners. All body types and experience levels are welcome. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable – be it leggings or stockings or nothing at all. Bring a mat or large towel to practice on, a smaller towel to wipe potential sweat, a water bottle and your curiosity.
Doors open at 7:00, class begins promptly at 7:30. Latecomers may not be admitted after class has begun.
To cut down on disruptions, only class participants and GD2 staff on duty will be permitted in the room while class is in session.
